Yichang Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. was established on December 22,2006, as a state-owned enterprise. It is the largest and most comprehensive company in China, possessing independent twisting core technologies and patents. As a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of various twisting equipment, it is a controlled subsidiary of the Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and belongs to the large enterprise group managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission—China National Machinery Industry Group.

The predecessor of the company, the state-owned Yichang Textile Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as Yichang Textile Machinery), was built and put into operation in 1967. It is a key enterprise under China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Textile Machinery) and serves as the main production base for domestic twisting equipment.

With over 50 years of expertise, this high-tech enterprise specializes in developing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced industrial yarn twisting equipment. Its core business focuses on textile machinery, featuring flagship products like cord direct cabler machines, industrial yarn Two-for-One twisting machines, and glass fiber twisting machines. These innovations address critical gaps in automotive tire cord fabric and electronic copper-clad laminate (ECCL) manufacturing, pioneering domestic technological breakthroughs.
