In order to effectively improve the company's production and operation conditions, enhance its economic benefits, and reduce pollutant emissions, while also considering the company's development needs, our company has fully initiated the clean production audit work since 2025.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Clean Production Audit Measures", we hereby publicly disclose the basic situation of our company before the audit and the status of pollutant generation and discharge. We sincerely invite all sectors of society to review our company's implementation of the clean production program.

II. Pre-audit of Pollution Emissions Situation

Waste gas

(1) Exhaust gas from the shot blasting section

The main pollutants of the exhaust gas from the shot blasting section are particulate matter. After collection, it is treated by a pulse-type dust collector and then discharged through the 15m high exhaust stack DA007. The waste gas treatment measures comply with the "Technical Specifications for Application and Issuance of Pollutant Discharge Permits - General Provisions".

In (HJ942-2017), the "waste gas pollution control construction process" requires that the emissions must meet the limit values stipulated in the "Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).

(2) Process exhaust gas from the surface treatment workshop

The main pollutants of the process exhaust gas in the surface treatment workshop are sulfuric acid mist, chromic acid mist and alkali mist. After collection, it is purified by a grid filter and a secondary alkali liquid spray absorption system, and then discharged through exhaust stacks DA003 and DA004 at a height of 15 meters. The measures comply with the "Waste Gas Pollution Control Process Technology Specifications for the Electroplating Industry" (HJ855-2017) and the "Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB21900-2008) regarding emissions.

(3) Exhaust gas from spraying process

The main pollutants from the spray process exhaust gas are particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and VOCs. After collection, they are treated by activated carbon adsorption and then discharged through exhaust stacks DA002 and DA006 with a height of 15 meters. The waste gas treatment measures comply with the "Pollution Discharge Permit" regulations.

The certification application and issuance of the general provisions of technical specifications》 (HJ942-2017) stipulates that "waste gas pollution control facility technology" should adopt the process that meets the emission standards stipulated in the "Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" GB16297-1996. The emissions must comply with the emission limits set by this standard.

2. Wastewater

The company's production wastewater mainly comes from electroplating wastewater in the workshop, phosphorus-containing wastewater from the spraying line, etc. The pollutants mainly include pH value, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, petroleum, total phosphorus, total chromium, and hexavalent chromium. The workshop wastewater is pre-treated before being discharged.

After the comprehensive wastewater treatment device in the factory area has processed the wastewater to meet the standards, it is discharged into the Linjiang River wastewater treatment plant for further treatment. The discharge of various pollutants in the wastewater complies with the relevant standard limits stipulated in the "Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB21900-2008).

3. Noise

The noise in production mainly comes from the operation of equipment such as fans, evaporators, circulation pumps, centrifuges, cooling towers, etc. Measures such as sound insulation, noise reduction, and vibration damping are adopted to control the impact of equipment noise on the surrounding acoustic environment. Both daytime and nighttime noise levels meet the requirements of Class 3 standards stipulated in the "Industrial Enterprises Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standard" (GB12348-2008).

4. Solid waste, hazardous waste

Generally, solid waste is collected and then processed for resource utilization. The parts that cannot be utilized are recovered by the manufacturers. Domestic garbage is collected and transported by the sanitation department. Electroplating sludge, slag, waste mineral oil, waste cutting fluid and other hazardous wastes are uniformly stored in the factory's hazardous area.

The waste storage area is regularly handed over to qualified entities for disposal.
