Product introduction:The JWK621 carpet filament twisting machine is suitable for twisting various BCF filaments (PA, PP, PES, PTT, etc.), synthetic fiber long filaments (PA, PP, PES, PTT, etc.) and short fiber yarns. It adopts multiple technologies such as PLC program control, AC frequency conversion, AC servo speed regulation, touch screen display, single-chip microcomputer control and data communication to perform closed-loop control on the head winding drive, overfeed drive, cross movement drive and spindle motor. During spinning, it can display and track real-time indicators such as the current spindle speed and spinning length. In terms of machinery, the optimized design of the machine section effectively ensures the strength and rigidity of the machine, reduces machine vibration, and the integrated wall panel structure also effectively saves the product's floor space.
