Product introduction:The JWK3502/JWK3502-3type carpet filament twisting machine is used for direct twisting of three-strand carpet filaments, and it also has the functions of two-strand direct twisting and single-strand double twisting.It is suitable for various BCF filaments (PA, PP, PES, PTT, etc.), synthetic fiber long filaments (PA, PP, PES, PTT, etc.) and short fiber yarns. It fully and effectively utilizes the integrated control technology of machine, electricity, light and gas. Three sets of frequency converters directly control the movement of the spindle, overfeed and winding motor. The touch screen sets and displays process parameters such as twist ratio and spindle speed, and can store hundreds of process parameters, making process changes efficient and intelligent; various sensing control technologies are applied to monitor the change of spindle speed, detect equipment abnormalities, and improve yarn quality and consistency.
