【Preface】At the beginning of 2025, the Machining Branch of Yichang Textile Machinery officially established the "Lean Cost Management Laboratory". As the core platform for the branch factory to promote technological innovation and cost control, the laboratory has been in operation for more than half a year. By taking technological transformation and innovation as the key point, it has continuously upgraded the process and achieved remarkable results in cost control, quality improvement and efficiency optimization, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the enterprise。

1、Precise policy implementation and integration of business and finance

Since its establishment, the laboratory has set the working principle of "strategic orientation and integration of business and finance". Under the overall support of the company's leadership and the person in charge of the branch factory, the team was quickly formed, resources were efficiently allocated, goals were decomposed layer by layer, and all work was advanced in an orderly manner. The laboratory focuses on key areas such as process optimization and material conservation, and has formed technical and production task forces to go deep into the front lines of workshops, overcome difficulties, and promote the implementation and effectiveness of multiple technological transformation projects。

2、Go deep into the front line to break through bottlenecks

In the aluminum processing tool upgrade project, the special task force stationed at the production site many times, repeatedly tested the cutting parameters of diamond inserts, and finally successfully launched an alternative solution, achieving a 30% reduction in tool costs. During the technological innovation of the spraying line, the team compared over ten treatment processes, tracked the trial production process of the ceramicization process on site, and successfully overcame three technical problems including insufficient adhesion, promoting the smooth implementation of the new process。

3、Multiple breakthroughs have achieved remarkable results

Centering on the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement", the laboratory has achieved breakthroughs in multiple aspects. In terms of technological innovation, the introduction of diamond blades and drilling and tapping integrated machines has increased equipment efficiency by 30%. The spraying line adopts the ceramicization process, reducing the cost by 20%. In terms of material conservation, the promotion of the co-edge cutting technology for plates has increased the utilization rate of plates by 3% to 5%. In terms of energy and labor optimization, a variable frequency control system was installed for laser cutting equipment, and dry polishing machines were introduced, which led to a reduction of over 3% in energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of output value. Multi-skilled worker training was carried out, enabling 15 employees to perform cross-job operations, significantly enhancing the per capita productivity. Up to now, the laboratory has achieved the annual cost reduction target of 1.4 million yuan ahead of schedule. The efficiency of core component testing has increased by 35%, and the overall efficiency of the workshop has improved by 10% year-on-year。
